CREATING SILENCE YOGA AND REIKI

Ann Arbor

Integral Yoga® , founded by Swami Satchidananda   is a complete science that cultivates and maintains physical, mental and spiritual health. Its non-competitive approach and meditative exploration of the practices of Yoga fosters an inner awareness that allows students to come in-touch with deeper, more subtle, and more authentic aspects of their being - recognizing the inner peace that resides within each of us.  My Integral Yoga® training naturally prepares a safe environment where  my students will feel free to realize their own inner silence , gaining inner peace and a greater capacity to be comfortable in their bodies.

Each class begins with sun salutations, then is followed by easy back bends.  We continue the class with forward bends and twist.  The big treat is a long relaxation followed by a little breathing and meditation.  You will get the benefits of a full body workout and stress relief.

My yoga schedule is:

“Anyone who practices  the yoga postures should think of the poses as a meditation. Yoga means ease and one-pointedness of  Mind.  If your time is limited don’t reduce the period of deep relaxation or breathing practices”  “Take it easy but don’t be lazy”  Swami Satchidananda

Deep relaxation (yoga nidra) is the most powerful healing technique in yoga
